Kurt Lewin Foundation is an independent civil public interest organization. Our associates are engaged in social sciences. In our Foundation

The Kurt Lewin Foundation contributes to the consolidation of a democratic society based on responsibility and co-operation.
Our Objectives
Kurt Lewin Foundation aims to strengthen social dialogue, increase civic activity and encourage social investments through
- collecting and promoting objective social and civic knowledge to a wide audience
- drawing attention to social prejudices and dealing with them
- uncovering community problems and identifying the possible solutions by involving those concerned
- encouraging the empowerment of disadvantaged groups
- fostering encounters of citizens of different backgrounds with a positive outcome
- supporting co-operation beyond different groups or sectors
- improving communication and democratic functions of various organizations
Our Foundation does not aim to:
- provide ad hoc interest representation
- blame any individual or group, or seek to identify scapegoats
- participate in action that may serve party political purposes.
Our target groups:
Primary target group:
Our primary target group includes professionals and other people engaged in work in organizations/institutions who may exercise a multiplier-effect through their profession:
- school citizens (teachers, parents, students),
- business leaders,
- leaders of civil organizations,
- responsible, active citizens, opinion shapers, people ready for democratic co-operation at community level.
Secondary target group:
Our secondary target group includes the social groups affected by the work and efforts of the above professionals:
- students in tertiary education,
- employees of business organizations,
- employees of civil organizations,
- disadvantaged people.
