Research

Using the tools provided by the social research methods we carry out surveys based on focus group discussions, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Reviews focus on revealing social phenomena, particularly the problems faced by disadvantaged groups. The above methods are used when monitoring programs and organizations, to unfold the peculiarity of organizational operations. Our research refers to development in the examined field.

 

Training and development

Our training programs (trainings, coaching, advanced study courses, curriculum development, organization and community development) primarily focus on democratic co-operation, communication and conflict management. Through involving the participants and channeling the opinion of the concerned we seek to find a solution for the structural problems so that the communities will be willing and able to perform effectively and efficiently.

 

Communication and informing

Through our websites, radio programs and publications we provide facts about society in a clear and understandable way. Moreover several aspects, values and interests are also brought out. Our programs provide the opportunity to discuss conflicting options in the frames of democratic discussion, and to channel the feedback of media consumers.

 

Tendering

Aid adjudication and the service/partner selection process becomes democratic and transparent via our tendering program. Our method is based on our social network and decades-old experiences in the Hungarian civil and business sphere. When applying this method the first step is always the assessment of needs.

 

Our purpose is to apply the methods introduced above in an interconnected way, built upon one another in order to reach a higher level of effectiveness.
